     Lauerman-Kaspar Wedding Is Brilliant Social Affair
     The premiere social event of the holiday season in Marinette was the marriage, Monday morning, of Miss Marie Antoinette Lauerman, daughter of a family of state wide prominence, to Alexander Michael Kaspar, son of Mrs. A.J. Kaspar, of Chicago. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. A.J. Lauerman and the late Mr. Lauerman, of Marinette. Guests from Chicago, Milwaukee, and other cities attended the wedding, and the breakfast served afterward in the Lauerman home for the immediate families and close friends, at which covers were laid for 100.
     The nuptial mass we [sic] celebrated in Our Lady of Lourdes church at 9 o'clock by the Right Rev. Rempe, rector of St. Clement's church, Chicago. The marriage ceremony was performed by the bride's pastor, the Very Rev. Francis Gregory Tulley. Several other priests assisted at the mass.
     The bride, gowned in ivory chiffon velvet, and wearing a veil of ivory lace, was given in marriage by her brother, Henry J. Lauerman, Menominee, Mich. The bride's attendants were her three sisters, Misses Catherine, Elizabeth, and Ursula Lauerman. Misses Elizabeth and Ursula Lauerman are home from Trinity College in Washington for the holiday recess.
     Roger Kaspar, of Chicago, was his brother's best man, and the ushers were Joseph Lauerman, A.J. Kaspar, Jr., Frank J. Lauerman, and Eugene Brennan.
     The bride was graduated from Lourdes High School in Marinette, and Trinity College in Washington, and has been doing post-graduate work at the University of Wisconsin. The groom attended Notre Dame and Loyola universities.
     Mr. Kaspar and his bride will be at home at 2457 Orchard Street, Chicago, after Jan.1.

     Mr. and Mrs. A.M. Kaspar, Chicago, who were married Monday in Marinette, were callers at the Harry Kellerman residence in North Third street Thursday afternoon. Mrs. Kaspar, formerly Miss Antoinette Lauerman, a niece of Mr. Kellerman.⁴

Mrs. J. A. J. Lauerman, 1975 Riverside avenue, returned Sunday evening from a three weeks' visit with her daughter, Mrs. Eugene Brennan of Chicago, Mrs. Alex Casper of Park Ridge, Ill., and Mrs. E. A. Meyer of Green Bay. Mrs. Meyer came from Green Bay this morning to spend the day with her mother.⁵
